ok so this is my experience with MRP and the owner Joel M.
i had a cloned website and was a MRP dealer for a few years.
1.MRP double and triple charged my credit card for the same sale and would
only give a "store credit" refund when my book keeper found the extra charges
he made to my credit card.
2.They sell rusty parts; Many come from shops that have closed and are
not stored under best conditions.
3.When we closed the website MRP sold our email address that was not associated
to scooters or powersports 2 days after closing the website then 3 or 4 of his
associated business' friends started sending us email.
4.When we closed the website MRP stole our customer data base from the website.
5. MRP would send us the wrong part and when we called to say it was not
what we ordered Joel would say "keep it you'll sell it" and he wouldn't take it back.
6. Many of our customers that used the cloned site got very poor or shabby service
causing them to be mad at us and posting bad reviews on the internet .
7. If you have a issue he is a rude b@$+@r|) and sends nasty emails & phone messages.
8. Best not to do any business with him; if you stand up and tell him to do the right thing
he stops processing your dealer order for store stock.
9. Most MRP branded parts are of poor quality and do not last before you have to replace them.

More Bad behavior by MRP11. If your still dealing with him and have any issues with him processing your credit cards or giving the crappy parts and service to you PLEASE CONTACT MASTERCARD AND VISA ASAP
and inform them of his business practices.
