The engine did run but when i did a valve adjustment the "T" mark on the flywheel was not aligned with the three holes on the cam so when i move one the other gets out of place and also i forgot to mention after trying to turn it over the spark plug comes out very wet

I have a gy6 150cc hewhit engine on a buggy im sorry its not a scooter but its the same engine. The engine never gave me any problems and it ran good untill i decided to to give it a vavle adjustment, witch it needed, i set it to the "t" mark on the flywheel and took the vavle cover off. Thats when i noticed the three holes on the cam sprocket were not showing. So i went ahead and adjusted the vavles intake at .003 and exhaust at .005 but now after putting it back together it wont start. I think the timing chain jumped a link. Do you guys have any sugestion on what i should do. I really do appreciate you guys help THANK YOU.
