I am new to this little thing. Does it come on all by itself or is there a switch. What shuts it off. How do I test it. Thanks for any info.

Hi guys just picked up a 50cc Tao Tao super cheap. Only 53 miles on it. Have a few things to do on it so I may need help finding parts. But it has been fun reading some of the post about these things.
