I don't see what it would hurt but was wondering why would you want to?
I have a regular Battery Tender, (1 1/4 amp), and left it on my scooter a couple of winters ago and it burned out the battery. Got a Jr. from Ebay for $20.00 and now leave it on during the winter and it keeps the battery up great.
