I just picked up this scoot and I am having some problems. After starting the bike gas pours out of the air intake. Could some of the gas lines be incorrectly installed? Or might there be a bigger problem that I don't see?

Does anyone have any experience with one of these Scoots?
My biggest concern is that I have gas pouring out of the air filter. It only does this when it's running or shortly after it's turned off.
