It seems to me that the a/f screw is spot on it revs and comes right back down to the idle I have set, like I said the rest of the throttle range is perfect its just the initial cracking of the throttle if I hold it in that position

Ok fellas got a question, my bike is running awesome except for when I am holding it at 1/4 throttle it bogs and sputter pretty bad. Everywhere else in the throttle rang is perfect what needs to be tweaked fellas?
Edit: some info on the bike its a 2013 taotao cy50t3 with 50mm bbk, a9 cam, uni filter, blue Fin cdi, orange performance coil, keikin carb with 95mj and stock pilot jet that came in the keihin not sure of the size.

I'm the same way I got the parts i want them on I can't wait, you do it in frame? I do all the 50s in frame and the 150s motor out. yes sir I was thinking about pulling it but figured it would be a waist of time lol. Im the most impatient person you will ever meet lol. But I must thank you personally for linking me to that kit sir so thank you..

So tomorrow is the day I'm getting up at 7 in the morning and getting to work I work tomorrow at 3 see I hope I can get it done in 6 hours lol. Wish me luck hope you don't need your scoot to ride to work just in case you don't finish in time. don't rush your project, double check everything and you should be fine. good luck so shortly after my post I got bored and said screw it and did it haha running good still have a little tuning to do but over all the power is amazing I didnt expect it to be so easy lol.

Two tips: 1- As soon as you take the timing chain off, wrap a long zip tie or piece of chord around it so if it somehow falls into the case you can pull it back out easily 2- Place a rag in the case opening once you have the jug out, little things can fall in there unnoticed very easily! 3- Use a hose clamp to compress the rings and get them in the jug without damaging them, using your fingers is a nightmare! sounds good juat one question when you say to use the hose clamp on the Rings how would I go about doing that at the same time while sliding the piston into the jug?

So the cylinders do need to be honed? because I have had several people tell me no. my original plan was to hone it but after so many people telling me I didn't need to I was planning on not honing. And yes this man did not build this the way I was have lol..
