Americanpsycho, ever heard the saying built ford tough with chevy parts? Its basically the same thing here. It'll last just as long, but its cheaper. And people can still make fun of you for drivin a ford, but in this case for drivin a china.

I kinda like bintelli's pre-installed deni carburetor, ngk spark plug, gates belt, motobatt battery, halogen headlight, and stainless steel external hardware though... When i get more money i could just do those other upgrades you mentioned:D I would like this scoot to last for 10k miles. Then I would be satisfied with this purchase. Does anybody else have any experience with these scoots that they would like to share?

If adjusting your valves doesn't fix your problem, then it could be your main jet. You should always go to the next step up for a bigger jet when it gets cold outside. This is because cold air is more dense then warm air, and your jet could get clogged. This happen to a buddy of mine a couple of years ago. But its probably your valves like the more experienced guys said. Hope you get your problem fixed.

Hey guys i've never owned a scoot before, but i'm going to be purchasing one soon. I want to buy a 49cc 4-stroke air cooled scooter. I want to spend around a max of 1000 bucks. I was looking at bintelli's sprint 49cc that costs 1000 bucks. Would anybody recommend this scoot? I hear they have great customer service and it comes with a two year warranty. If not could somebody point me towards something better for that price? I know chinese scoots tend to have a TON of problems, but i heard bintelli is different. I originally was looking at a tao tao thunder 50 until I heard all of the problems they have. I don't mind putting a little work into a scoot to get it up to par with other reliable scoots either. I would apprectiate your opinions! Thanks guys!
p.s. I hope this is in the correct place to put this thread and I apologize if I am wrong.

Yeah i agree with you. I wish there were more cheaper scooters with manual gears. That's the one thing I wish more cheap scoots would have as an option.
