ok i ended up replacing the regulator (of course it ended up being the 20 dollar one not the ten dollar regulator) and the lights on the scooter are still fluctuating low when just idling and it gets brighter when pulling back on the throttle.

ok i just installed the battery and i doubt this is normal when getting a new battery anyway i have the new battery installed and the headlight and the cluster lights are dimming and getting brighter and i pull back on the throttle. Is that normal or is there a short somewhere? i mean even when i am not pulling back on the throttle and just letting it idle the brightness of the headlight and cluster fluctuate.
ok also the noise is back from the bendix i will get at the very least a sound recording of what the bendix sounds like when i am starting it all i know is it sounds awful.
just took a multimeter to the poles of the battery and it is going haywire when i start the scooter and i am not even touching anything, but when the bike is off it reads just right around 13V

ok i think the problem was the gear for the bedix had like no lube at all so it was all metal on metel contact i mean the little gears that contact with the starter ther was like no lube at all so i put a very small amount and double checked the positioning of the bendix in both sockets it is level and good to go now. I think the reason there was like no lube was becuase when my belt like shattered in the housing it got turned into just particles and when i pulled it out it looked like a rats nest lol and dust was everywhere which is why i think the bedix gear had like no lube on it.

it is 12" wheels i found out what the issue is my brother installed the belt wrong and didn't make sure the belt was tight on the variator. so instead it is tight on the clutch and loose on the variator lol but the belt size is correct becuase it is a 139QMB.

so was coming home from work and the belt for my falcon got shredded to pieces and i only have a owners manual for the scoot and says nothing about belt size unfortunatley. Was wondering if anyone knows the size of which belt i would need or how i would go about finding the size i would need? no numbers from the previous belt it really did get shredded to pieces when i opened the case it looked like a rats nest was in it but it was the belt.
I did manage to buy a gates powerlink CVT belt but the length was to small it was 729-17.5x30 belt size and the belt is so tight that the clutch is in fully open it will start but it idles rough and when pulling back on the throttle it just shuts off.

That is a speedo puck, easy to replace, and pretty universal.... Speedo is gonna lie no matter what you do... LOL They all lie yes i know that speedos arent very accurate but it isnt working at all the bronze or w/e type metal they use came out of the actual speedo puck along with a cork screw looking thing that i believe isnt suppose to be able to come out lol but i ordered a new one anyway they are very inexpensive for only running for 8 bucks i figured why not.

Just recently purchased a falcon sportiva 50cc scooter and i believe the speedo hub broke. The small cork screw looking thing that is suppose to be one with the hub isnt suppose to come out right?
Also i am looking for a website that sells the body panels for the red falcon sportiva if anyone knows of a website please let me know!
