[replyingto=makarov]makarov[/replyingto]i have minimal experience with cars, let alone small engines. the best do can do with a car is electrical, panels, and oil changes. although i did look for pinches and there didn't seem to be any.

Alright, I'm hearing a lot of things, all of them fuel related. Whatever the problem is, it sound like a quick fix. When I get the time I'll get my hands a little greasy. Thanks for all the help guys.

OK, so a while back (last summer specifically), I bought myself a scooter for getting around my campus. It was fantastic, it only cost me $850 and it was pretty nice. I was pretty reckless and laid it down a couple of times, plus it got bumped by a car. So now its in pretty rough shape. The mirror is gone, both of the front indicators have fallen out, and the right side is a little scratched. It was a cheap scooter, I'm not worried about the scratches and i can figure something out for the indicators, in fact I never really liked them all that much and would much rather have LED. The mirror had no electrical so that's an easy fix as well, when i decide to spend money to buy a new one. The biggest problem is that when I hit the gas, the engine cuts out. it stops completely. sometimes if I'm gentle on it i can get it to go without cutting out, but most of the time it just dies. the biggest problem with this is that it doesn't do it all the time. sometimes it runs fine and other times it doesn't. I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the problem is and how to fix it.
