I'd be very surprised if you bent a rocker arm... they're strong as heck! I did something similar when I installed my BBK. I replaced the valve that I bent and everything was perfect.

I've attached a picture that shows what it should look like. I had to replace my kickstart a while back and found this picture helped me. Attachments:

[replyingto=prodigit]prodigit[/replyingto]IMHO, the EVO150 is ugly. I much prefer the look of the ATM150! Nice choice!

I wouldn't think there'd be that much difference between 19 and 20mm carburetors. I trust you adjusted your AF mixture screw. Is your uni attached directly to your carb? No extensions or mods of any kind between the uni and the carb?

I had smoke coming from my vent hose on the first start after installing my BBK, but it went away after the second or third run. On a separate note, maybe you're not getting enough air for the # .... are you using stock airbox?

I stumbled upon this 2008 blog about 2 riders that drove 3000 miles in 11 days on a 49cc scooter. It's an inspiring and sometimes comical blog of their adventure. scootercanada.weebly.com/index.html

My input will likely be of no help at all, but I installed a 47mm BBK on my 139QMB scoot. I used the stock head and couldn't get it to start for the life of me. I bought a new 20mm carb to rule out fuel delivery, but still no go. I had good spark; the plug smelled like gas. It wasn't until I took my head off and held it to the light. I could see light through my intake valve. I didn't have a compression tester or else I would have saved myself a lot of time. So in my case, it was a bent intake valve. I ordered a new one off ebay and $6 later I was up and running with only a few kicks of the kickstart. My freshly charged battery didn't have enough juice to turn it over. I only had to kick start it a couple times; the started can now turn it over every time without any problems. Like I said, I don't know if anything I had to say will help you or not, but I thought I'd share my experience just the same.
