It is only a 49cc scooter and yes I did change the oil and gear oil, I don't need alot more speed just a bit more. If I am starting out on a tiny incline on my lawn it does not move hardly at all, going up a gradual incline you can start at the bottom of hill at 30mph and half way up 20mph by the time I get near the top 12 mph. Just would like to be able to keep at decent speed.

my Jonway scooter seems really gutless when trying to go up a hill and I have to push it up part way. it only has 288 miles on it. I thought it would be better after it is broke in but not the case. Should I replace the belt already. Also when I try to accellerate it at times it sucks back instead of going faster.
