I made a wood mold and glassed it myself. the aluminum plate on the front is held on by four 1/4" bolts , easy access with a nut driver. Its amazing how many wires you end up with on these scooters.

I have learned to not take my phone into the Shop "you dont ruin phones w/metal dust and you get more done" As for the intake runner tube "AKA Tunnel Ram " , Its preforms perfectly. No dead spot, good vacuum "although i did go with an electric fuel pump, 2-psi \ no regulator" , and chills the fuel vapor too almost frost on a degree day. I did open up the Idle jet a little , but i like a fat idle , it would have ran fine without it.
