bf just got his used 300 wildfire, changed the spark plug and fuel filter but still stalls out at the stop signs and then wont start back up.. any ideas?

I have the proboards app (from Google store) on my SGN2, was able to get scootdawg there but this .net is not coming up.. liked it better on the app..
