I suggest using a CR7HSA or C8RHSA as these have built in resistors that help prevent high frequency noise that might affect your other electronics.

I would check the spark plug first to see if it's loose or maybe worst, it blew out of the hole taking the threads with it!

I had a Znen that developed an oil leak that I couldn't find until I tore the engine apart, twice! The leak was from a small crack that developed along the wall of the cam chain passage. I tried to JB Weld it at first but it didn't work and I had to replace the cylinder head to fix the problem. Attachments:
