I have a 2013 taotao scooter that has been burning a greater amount of gas than usual. The scooter starts right up when cold; however, when I start it warm, I have to give it throttle in order for it crank. The scooter runs fine while driving. When I'm stopped at a red light the idle drops extremely low for half a min or so, then idles rather high almost moving by its self.
ANY IDEAS?!
