I forgot to add that the 2013 KYMCO Movie 150 seems to fit the bill pretty good but i cannot find much info on them at all. and just do not know enough to make a good decision on any brand

So I want to purchase a scooter for pleasure to buzz around my small town. the amount of brands are a bit overwhelming. i cant even find a comparison chart of the different models and reviews seemed to be a bit limited for each model. I was hoping someone could help a beginner get started and give me some ideas on what to look for. I would greatly appreciate any info roughly what im looking for 1. decent brand maybe in the $2000 or less range not against buying used. not really big on the top tier brands because of the cost so Honda and vespa ect are out. i need the second tier brand 2. at-least a 150cc 3. 4 stroke so i can get anywhere and not have to mix my fuel. 4. i want something quiet 5. better acceleration to get into traffic. 6. i would like to be pretty agile with cornering and such 7. I have 2 kids under the age of 12 that i may double on rare occasion and I weigh about 170. I am also curious to which brands ride the best like for gravel rd's it seems some do not have shocks? any way any help would be great
