I have been running 50 watt bulbs for 5 years on my 54-250b 257cc & have had no problems with the lenses melting or anything.....I also replaced my tail,brake,turn & running lights with led's......this is the website & bulb..I have 2 of the scooters with the 257cc & run the bulbs in both & have only replace 2 bulbs in 5 years....there alot brighter then the 35 watt bulbs that come with them....
