It doesn't matter which material. Regular PVC is good enough for speeds upto 45MPH. Not a lot of speed difference with or without screen

That's because at cold the enricher richens the mixture. Perfectly normal. Put the needle clip where you get most top speed.

Chinese scoots make sense when you're new to scooting or biking, and don't know if you'll like it or not. Also when you only need to ride to the supermarket once or twice a week, 5 blocks down the road. Or thirdly, when your neighborhood is plagued with ghetto scum, that deserve nothing more than a bullet between their eyes for stealing.
Middle range are the Korean bikes and scoots.
If you're still happily riding after 1-2 years of scooting, with occasionally long distance, it's time to seek a trustworthy steed, and invest in USA, Japanese, or European craftsmanship. Long rides, fast rides, Comfy rides, get something like a Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Ducatti, Yamaha, BMW, KTM, Buell, Royal Enfield, and lately Vespa starts creating high powered (600+cc) bikes too... just to name a few...
If you're into Chinese fuel efficiency, take a look at a Suzuki TU250, Honda CB500x, Honda NC700x, Honda Rebel, Honda RS750, Honda CBR250, Kawasaki KLR650, Kawasaki Ninja 250-300cc. Each one of them are excellent in fuel efficiency, the higher the cc's, the better bike it is for the long rides at continuous 80+MPH interstate speeds.

Usually when that happens, the fork at that point might be weakened. I'd still be careful braking fast on the front...

Rich. You could possibly be running rich.
It doesn't make a lot of sense.. Try smelling the exhaust at idle, if it smells to unburned gasoline, it's running rich (at idle), and needs an AF screw adjustment.

The sliders remain longer in high gear when letting go of the throttle, compared to the rollers, which go into low gear, and cause a lot of engine braking.
Sliders ride more economical.
Have fun riding!

If you have regular speakers, and need an amp, on amazon or ebay search for 'tripath amp'. Those amps are 12V, and have an output between 2x5W and 2x18W (depending on which model you take), and are pretty loud and excellent sounding amps! If you choose one of those amps, and the sound is bad, it's more than likely the speakers, not the amp! Believe it or not, but the best sounding, and loudest amps for the $$, are actually the cheaper amps, like the Lepai LP2020A+ The others have more expensive materials, but are not necessarily better sounding, and often cost upto 3-4x the price of the Lepai. So far the Lepai works best with me!

Lol! Time to blast through the neighborhood with your funky music! All ghetto-ers getting jealous at your super efficient, eco jukebox on wheels!

I'm just offering options. You could buy a kit, or drill it out; just as long as you don't drill away too much.

the optimal thing would require you to test different jet sizes, whenever you have installed a freeflow air intake. Eg: when the engine is warm, and your top speed is 45MPH with (just an example) an 80 jet size, and you put a in it, and you're still at 45MPH, you might want to try a size . I don't know the best sizes for the 63cc carbs, but I know they're not far away from the stock jet sizes. You could also drill them out with a tiny drill, to barely anything larger than they are right now.

Mine can idle as low as 1000RPM, Florida is pretty hot weather, and with the right oil, I can go as low as 1000RPM. However, when it's winter (which it's getting to), then it won't start well at all.

When you restrict airflow and it runs better, it means that it's running lean, not rich. Most of the time the stock bikes need to be rejetted, or when using BP Premium fuel, you can somewhat compensate for the loss in power due to a too high air / fuel ratio (running too lean).
Even 1 or 2 sizes up on the main jet will help out.
On my ATM50, my idle jet is running too rich (the exhaust smells to unburned fuel), and the main jet is too lean, as a result my spark plug does look tanned, but more grey instead of brown. When looking under a magnifying glass the grey is actually specks of white and black.

You could already try playing music through them, see how they sound without installing them yet on the bike.
