It's actually not going to fall off, even with the clip removed, it's just loose. But the funny thing is, that I purchased a 100 pack of zip ties for $6 or something, and one zip tie stays longer on there, than the original clip.

Just saw off the muffler part, and mount the performance exhaust over the stock exhaust pipe

My dad never looked at movies with me, but I saw Attack on Titan. Guys, if you like nightmares, in a medieval setting, it's an awesome movie!

The oil goes black really quick. Make sure you change it often! For the first 600miles I have already done 4 oilchanges.

I'd have to agree that valve sounds you could probably only hear below 25 or 30MPH. Above and it's drowned in the road noise, and wind.

Where did the oil come out of? Did you make sure you did not overfill it? It takes only very little oil in the crankcase (about 1 qt max).

Guys, if you're talking about 'cheap' scooters, on a largely chinese scooter forum, then I'd be expecting something like this: miami.craigslist.org/pbc/mcy/3871014465.htmlA $100 50cc scoot. with a bit of patching up, (BBK, performance exhaust, rejetting, better rollers/sliders) you can make this a respectable $300 scoot!

Inject it with seafoam or Chemtool B12. Just pour a cup of it in the exhaust pipe, and close off the ends, shake it somewhat, for the liquid to spread. Leave it there for at least 1,5 to 2 hours (as long as it's still wet inside), then flush it with a water hose; mount it and start riding.

If valve clearance is too small, you'll hear it makes more noise when the engine is warmed up.
Also, it could get tighter with carbon deposit on the valves. Use B12 or Seafoam from time to time. It will decrease wear, and the need to do a valve clearance.

I had similar wobble in my tao tao scooter. It goes away after a time. It's because the tire is popped on there mechanically, and blown up too fast. Oldchopperguy is correct in that the rim is steady, so there's really no danger, as the tire seats over time.

Oil maintenance interval is pretty high on this bike, almost like a 50cc's change interval, partly because it does not use gear oil, but uses motoroil for the gears. I've seen a lot of debris in the oil. I would recommend to do the oil changes at km:
0 50 (50km after first interval) 150 (100km after second interval) 300 (150km after third interval) 600 (300km after 4th interval) 1000 (400 km after 5th interval) 1500 (500km after 6th interval) 2000 (500km after 7th interval) 3000 (every 1000 consecutive km's).
I currently done the 600km interval. I'll see how the oil is after 1000km, to see if I need to update those numbers.
