Thanks, unfortunately only one I an find on ebay is for 50cc and not 150cc.

I went through and redid the timing 5 times and nothing, got spark, gas, everything and nothing is working..........

Quit for the night cause somehow one of them long studs that hold on the head and jug stripped when I was taking the bolt off..... What are those called? I need to order a new one.

I know all the hoses are tight, didn't take any off. The only thing I took off was the carb/intake. I will go out in a few mins after it stops drizzling and double check the timing. No need to take the head off again for that right?

If the camshft isnt aligned right how do I properly move it around without moving the stator?

All connections are good. I have spark now. I had to disconnect that safety wire for the kickstand.

I have a feeling it's the timing..... I followed that guide I posted but I guess I messed something up.

Anyone have a better guide to follow?

Ok, I will go recheck all my connections. I dont know how they would go bad over night though, was running great before the exhaust bolt snapped and needed the head replaced, cdi is like new also.

I got compression, Idk how to check for spark,. Fuel is good theres some on the plug when i take it out, air should be good dont know how to really check that though. Timing should be good, I followed the guide to the t. I am really getting worked up over this, my "mechanic" father just sits inside here and yells at me when I come in because its not running. I am not a mechanic.... I don't know what to do.....

I went ahead and replaced my cylinder head because my exhaust stud was broke inside. I did alot of research and followed 2 guides and now it won't start.

I made sure to properly readjust the chain and cam. Also went ahead and readjusted the valves.

Intake valve: .05mm
Exhaust valve .08 mm

Right now I am charging my battery, I think it was near dead before I did the job so hopefully that is the reason.

Well guys, I think I will need a new head after all. I took off the engine protector and seat to get a better look and it is def broken off inside, but I dont think it happened recently as it looks like its melted or welded in

It also looks like the previous owner might have did the job as the plastic guard was cut to allow more room.

Once my dad returns my phone later I will post a clear picture.

Edit: My buddy looked at it and said there is no way to get it out. So I just went ahead and ordered these

About 1/8 th inch in. I think I might be able to get it out though.
