I disagree. I removed all my plastics in an attempt to locate an oil leak. the only source of oil found was some small amount of oil that was in the blow bye that came out of this hole. Maybe I have another problem, but I grantee oil and air is blowing out of the hole, again w/o any plastics on the motor.

Thats funny I posted the same problem about 1 hour (4:05) before you. Small world. I wouldnt bother removing all the plastic to get to it. Simply take another crew off the scooter, ensure it is the correct size by checking the threads in the hole, and then take that screw with you to the hardware store. For curiosity, is yours also blowing oil out too? or just air?

I Got It! it is the tensioner for the timing chain. The crew that covers it was missing. Next question is..... Should I just throw a screw with an o ring on it or are there parts missing (spring maybe)

sorry image wont load. Ill explain. It is on top of my GY6 150 cc cylinder (facing skyward). It sits near the intake manifold, has two 8mm hex bolts that hold it on to the cylinder wall. It has one flat head set screw that is recessed about half an inch down. On mine it has a little blow by that is leaking (blowing) oil. Can anyone help.
