bad ground can cause it to break up like that but i would swear it was the plug but you said you put a new one in already, i say that cause mine does the same thing when the plug is shot and water in the fuel can cause about the same thing

No the a/f screw really has nothing to do with the size of the main jet or the tune of the main jet, you can compensated by allowing more air in by a less restrictive air box or open air filter, there is four ways to adjust fuel on a carb, main jet, secondary or pilot jet, needle adjustment and air/fuel screw each one has a certain range in the throttle that it is primarily responsible for

What kind of data do you think they collect, every online site has data on you or collects data.the data fb collect are thing that will help them now you better like if you like certain things or check in in at certain restaurants they know what you like to eat and do, the biggest data collector are email accounts and i assure you everyone on this forum has a email account whats up with the anti-fb people never understood that but from my experience the people that dont like fb are the ones that dont know how to use it or the paranoid type. they dont sell the data, they collect. why would they want to do that, they collect the data to be able to advertise to you personally and that is the way they make money the more data on you the better they are able to advertise to you and the more money they make.

also if you deleted your pair system you dont need the second vacuum line and it needs to be plugged

Not sure what your exactly talking about but on most scoots from the intake, one vacuum goes to your fuel petcock and the other will go to your pair, egr system. there will be lines running for the pair egr system going to your air box to recycle back what ever it recycles, and some time there is a line from the head cover that release built up pressure and gases to the air box also. but the hose with the metal coil that runs down by the motor down by the cvt and brake line should be your carb drain hose that attaches to the bottom of the carb on one end and it just is attached to a cvt cover by a bolt on the other

Well if its to rich it will have more carbon build up and use plug more plus you will not have full power. the 4t are a little more forgive of being rich or lean but imo main is way to big for a stock 50cc scooter. Most 72cc scooter can run fine with a - jet with the stock box. Are you using a stock air box or open filter this will be a factor in jet size also
