I pulled the valve cover off (2006 cf moto 250) and the plastic cam chain guides were damaged. On the exhaust side it was pretty chewed up. Looks like they weren't lining up with the chain.
Any thoughts on what could cause this?
Any good tutorials on cam chain guide installation?
