My grill never shuts down. In NC last week with the Snow and Ice storm I was stuck, fire up the BBQ.
A Purest only uses Mesquite.
I still prefer the Texas BBQ over the NC/Lexington style

Ooooooo yes ,, there's a Tyler Texas BBQ joint 4-5 miles from the pad,,, I think I know where we're going for dinner

Yeah we grill year round no matter what the temp. I guess it does help that i just open the garage and wheel the bbq outside and start cooking.
