I sent a message to Michael @ xoffroad right when he posted this with a few questions regarding SSR Pit bikes, as my son is thinking of buying one. To date, I have received no reply.

I have asked questions of Jim @ Rapid Repair, Matt @ Parts for Scooters, and Justin @ Bintelli, and received prompt responses. Xoffroad, not so much...
