I couldn't stop myself from posting this. This dude is suggesting that Hugh Heffner may have owned this Harley Topper because is has a few playboy magazine stickers on it. Its tough to ride a scooter while wearing a bath robe! -This scooter actually has a title. You can tag it and drive it without bother. As seen on American Pickers-where the owner would not even part with the Topper and on display at the Harley Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. These are becoming obsolete and hard to even find-much less running like this great example.
New 12v electric conversion, new 12v battery, 12v coil, replaced headlight and tail light,
Harley Davidson made these here in the US and built them from 1960-1965 and made roughly 2,000 of them.
