I was looking for a windshield for my scooter, and sent a message within the board to fugaziiv, who is apparently the "Parts For Scooters" guy. He answered me quickly, and, after a few questions back and forth, I ordered a Slipstreamer CF-50 on Monday - I got it yesterday (well, I am directly across the state from them) - installed it last night - and all is good! A shout-out to Parts For Scooters and their friendly people - Matt, Tom, and Susan (?) were the ones I dealt with... Rumor has it there will be a Cyber Monday sale...

Haha, yeah it's a team effort over here. I'm glad that the windshield went on with minimal hassle. Slipstreamer is a quality product, I'm sure you'll be happy.
Also, there may very well be a sale launching for this weekend...
Matt

Will be riding to work all weekend, too - weekend guy on vacation... But - overtime! I'll post a pic this weekend...

Matt and his gang are an amazing group of Slave Drivers. 4 years ago I ordered a replacement transmission shaft from them on Tuesday at Noon and it came on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Forty-six hours later!!!!. They took away my goof off time and any excuse I had to ride something else while I let the scooter sit. OH No! I had to get right on it. If they had given me more time I could have pushed the thing back in the garage to fix in the Spring.
Its always like that. Order a belt or a tire and you have it a few days later. No chance to let anything languish. PFS pushes you right back into the "Repair Zone". Hopefully as they get bigger I'll get a break.

Because PFS is primarily a wholesale distributor to dealerships nationwide, getting orders out of our warehouse and into the hands of shops around the country that are waiting on them for repair is our primary function. That means we process things very quickly. Our warehouse shipping priority doesn't differentiate between Retail and Wholesale orders however, so every order that passes though our system is treated the same. A single wrist pin bearing will process just as quickly as an order for 50 tires. All the more better for you guys. The goal is to truly stay in the "Repair Zone". I like that term, I'm stealing it. "No,,, that would be the payola check from parts for scooters to you for the ad ,,," -The purpose of this sub-forum is to discuss VENDORs and whether we had a good or bad experience with them. -A thread that could be considered spam in other sub-forums can be appropriate in this one. If you had a bad experience with Parts for Scooters, lets hear it.

Nobody has a bad experience with PFS. I made my first purchase from them seven years ago. They delivered quicker than I wanted then too.

Partsforscooters is the ONLY parts place that I've NEVER had an issue with (not even minor), after scooting for 8 1/2 years and ordering all my parts online during that time. Never a damaged part, always on time in the mail, good website, and good service. It's no wonder they've been around for quite awhile!
Easily a top parts site in my book. By far!!
