So I was trying to do this project all on my own, but I'm gonna swallow my pride and ask for some help.
The bike has electrical power, turns over just fine, but it won't start. That is, I turn it over, and it cranks, but it won't start idleing.
I've pulled apart the carb, cleaned it, gotten everything in it's place, replaced the fuel, put some seafoam in, changed the oil, and checked the spark plug (there is a spark). The fuel line doesn't seem to be giving a lot of fuel to the carb, because when I disconnect it from the carb and crank the engine, not a bunch of fuel comes out, just a little bit.
Any ideas? I'm open to any suggestions.

Put a shot of fuel into the air stream of the carb then turn it over and it should pop a few times,,,if it does then it's a fuel deliver problem and it could be the vacuum fuel tap (valve ) at the bottom of the tank is going bad

Hye everyone! guess what! I had pulled apart the carb again, and i noticed something that I missed: the pilot jet (honda calls it slow jet) was TOTALLY plugged up. Like, really bad. I tried to clean it out there, but ended up soaking it in carb cleaner overnight, and then running old guitar strings through it to clear the junk out. I put it back in today, hooked the tiny battery up to my wife's car battery, and cranked it over until it sputtered, sputtered, and started!!!!!! Such a good feeling.
Now, I have to figure out how to keep it idling properly when I stop. I'll be adjusting those valves next, and maybe looking into another carb tune-up.
