Ok... This just started. I thought it was the broken clutch, but I replaced that and it still did it.
So more searching, the sound is coming from the muffler area.
I found a bolt missing on the decorative plate, replaced that, but that only got part of it.
It still makes this horrible noise.
Here it is, but it's much much louder in person.
Any thoughts?

Could be a partially broken baffle inside, also check behind the muffler and that piece under the muffler maybe vibrating against something which i noticed when you revved it up. Alleyoop

I tightened everything up because that's what I thought it was... still does it.
Starting to think it's something inside the muffler.

That is what I said it could be a broken baffle inside, they are known to break and rattle when enough pressure is put on them. If a baffle is completely broken off they will really rattle and it also depends where and how they are laying inside broken when and how loud they rattle.

I was agreeing with you.
Here's the funny thing. The noise I was hearing was the lose decorative plate. That was the noise I was hearing while riding.
The noise on video I can't hear while riding.
So I guess never mind.

Okie-Doke, just as long as you know the inside of the muffler is going south.
