50CC Tank I think the exhaust may be partially plugged by dirt dobbers, how do I remove the exhaust flange from the engine?
I see what looks like it's bolted on from inside the engine. 1 1/2" of machine threads with no nuts or bolt heads.

Sounds like the pipe should pull loose from the head now. Post a pic if you can.

picture illiterate, wheelbender, do you mean you think they left the nuts off at the factory?
tortoise, I think I would have noticed those big crown nuts, bookmarked the parts page; if I figure this out I'll probably need a gasket & more.
