Hey all,
If you live near the 22303 zip code area and want a project scooter I have one available for free (of course)!!
You must be able to pick it up.
It does NOT run. Has a brand new rear tire, rear brakes and belt and pulley. new plug, new oil and gear oil.
and yes I have a title.
