The decal on the scooter is MC-17-50, so I thought it was a Roketa Sicily 50. But I ran a VIN check and it came back as a 2007 Bashan. The VIN starts with "LHJ". Does this make any sense?

Roketa distributes many WMI's. The 139QMB engine is relatively "generic".
What specific issue are you seeking to resolve? |
