Thanks, in the beginning I was one of those thinking about how fast could I get it to go, but after seeing some of the posts from some the sages on this forum, I went the path of moderation.
i figured it would be better to get the most out the powerband before hitting that 8k rpm. I have upgraded the clutch and bell with a NCY 2k clutch and spring, 24mm carb, performance intake, red Uni dual stage filter, changed over to sliders, and a variety of jets to find what A/F set-up she likes to run on. Every time I'm doing some maintenance to her one of my friends will ask, "What're you doing to it now?"
My nephew just got a QMB139 and when he talks about rodding it up, I tell him to take it slow, start with small changes like rollers, air flow, something simple before pee-peeing it away.
