It's probably taking 10 minutes just to fill my engine with about a quart of oil. It drained pretty slow, too.
This isn't the 50cc 139qmb, it's the 80(72)cc 1p47qmd.
Any ideas as to why this might take maybe even 20 minutes to fill almost a quart of oil, lol? Is this common with other engines than the 139qmb?
Edit: I'm kind of afraid to take this thing for a spin until I figure this out.

Well, I think it's because I didn't remove the little nipple beforehand that was on the valve cover, that they put on new engines. Does that sound about right?

That's what it was, the little stoppercover on the valve cover breather needed removed. Silly me...

If your talking about the drain cap on the purge tube that should not require removal. If its a new engine that nipple should be connected to the hose leading to the purge vent on the air box or if the air box has been removed to a metal can gas filter suspended from the frame under the seat bucket so it can collect the oil purge and allow it to drain back into the engine when its not running so you won't end up with an oily mess under the seat bucket.

I think the way I worded it was off a bit, sorry.
The little vent at the top of the valve cover had a cap on it for shipping, just like the intake manifold had a plug in it that I had to remove so nothing got into it.
I changed the oil again after taking the cap off of the vent on the valve cover, and the oil went in and out like normal.
I guess they had a cap over the vent to help prevent oil loss or to keep debris out-- oil still was all over when I first opened the box anyway, which isn't the first time.
Yeah the hose is connected now to where the cap was on the vent at the top of the valve cover. I did that before I even started it. Obviously I should've done that before changing the oil.
Then I finally took it for a spin to the gas station to get some "food" for a snack.
