Tare it down and rebuild, I need to measure parts and see if we can get a larger jug in there. 58.5mm in place of 57mm provided the castings are the same.

Looks like the clutch shaft seal is leaking. Looks like the bell has been overheated. I was expecting to find a different belt too. John

Here are pictured of disassembly

The clutch looks over heated that will get replaced the starter clutch spanner nut looks like someone has worked on it before me. There are marks on the starter clutch too. That is getting replaced, also the oil pump. I found seals, head, jug, piston, rings and crank shaft. Things should get ordered this and installed the following week after.
