Hi this thread is mostly for John a.k.a. tvacman but I thought some of you may have the same ?'s. I'm running HID headlights and would like to upgrade to the 11 pole stator that John offers in a kit .as some of you know the HID lights draw more power than most stock stators can handle.the kit that John offers seems to be the most complete kit out there.my ? to John is how much rewiring will I have to do? or is the kit a true plug and play kit .I have no problem with wiring, done lots and lots of it in the past but would like to know before I purchase the kit. and if so does the kit come with a wiring diagram? one more ? the fly wheel is it included or will the stock one work.well that's about it. hope this thread helps other members that are thinking about this upgrade as well. I look forward to your comments. later

Its not plug and play, it will take some wiring. Some claim that they are plug and play, I don't see that happening. Scooters are different and electrics vary some what.
If you buy from me I will see it through with you, email , forum, PM, Skype or phone. Its your choice.
The wiring is very simple, I suggest the relay but can be done without it.
As far as the flywheel goes is your stator 6 or 8 pole 50 or 150cc?

thanks for the info. you said I could get "by" with the stock flywheel. so let me ask you if it were your personal scooter would you go for the correct flywheel? I can afford the extra cost, not that I'm rich I just like doing things the right way.thanks again for your time. p.s. are you usually at your shop on Mondays?I would like to get the parts ordered soon.thanks again.

Were you looking to pick up local or mail order. Your stock flywheel should work however the kit is tested together and kept as a unit. If you want to do local pick up I need to know ahead of time. I always man my phone.
