Rt. 1 goes from Maine all the way down the coast through Florida and doesn't miss a single town or stop light, I wish you luck.

Only a couple miles on Route 1 - a short jaunt over a bridge in Jupiter, and a short jaunt from Juno Beach to PGA Boulevard...

Thanks - we ended up riding through some of that Saturday afternoon... We left not-as-early-as-I'd-have-liked (09:45 - wanted to leave at 9:00...) - took about 2 hours to get to the station. On the way back up, we stopped in Jupiter at the Lighthouse Diner (close to the Jupiter Lighthouse, of course...) to have lunch - which may have been a poor choice (not for the food, but to have stopped at all), as the rain began about 15 minutes after we sat down. Of course, we hoped it would "blow by" before we were done with lunch - but it did not... So, we ventured forth when the rain subsided a bit - but we got about 1 mile before the drenching began afresh. We found a non-gated condo on the ocean with covered parking areas, and dipped in there - thankfully, there was no one in residence at Condo "C", so their spot was available for two wet scooter riders to weather the storm. Waited about a half-hour, then things subsided again, so we ventured forth once more. Intermittent rain all the way back up to Stuart - stopped for gas - and the rain stopped! Got home, took off wet clothes, got in the jacuzzi tub, and relaxed... Although wet, it was, overall, a fun ride!

.... Edit: I've tried to fix it twice, but the board appears to read " " (as in Interstate ) as the "Welcome Back!" smiley... I Cheat:
