It was running fine!! Then one day it acted a little worse but now it like won't move. When the rear tire is off the ground it will spin as should, when I put the tire down and try to go it is very, very bad acceleration. I've replaced the clutch and belt and still nothing.

first check compression if good check clutch package my be slipping under load

fuel. it takes very little to get a motor going good with no load. ad load and if the carb cannot supply the fuel, it will die. clean well the carb.

I bet it's the variator. The weights have gotten jumbled up in there, or the guide rails have sheared. Check that variator.
