hello, I am a new member from only about 6 weeks. I've posted a few things and hooked up with a couple of member on some things and have generally enjoyed reading more than posting. Out of the few postings I've made, 3 of them have just been deleted. No notification, no nothing. Pretty darn rude. I've not had any profanity or anything negative, just deleted! I get that whomever is doing this is a moderator and can do anything they want on their forum, but hey, this is big brother rude, and try giving a PM when you do this and a reason why to be respectful, and also educating so that the offense isn't done again, whatever that offense might be. If I spend the time to make a post, and it's just deleted, I don't think I can waste my time on such a place. Cato

so does that mean we won't be seeing you anymore? No response would be a yes.
If you took a moment to read what your posting and how it could be received by others. Perhaps you would see why your posts are being removed. Negative and inflammatory post have no place here and strictly enforced. Your not banned so there is hope if you would like to stay. Your actions will dictate whats happens next.

oh, so it was you who deleted them or flagged them? figured it was. The point of my post was the dignity and respect of getting a PM if that was done, and not just angrily wiped out because something doesn't agree with your opinion. A different opinion than yours, or asking a question isn't negative and should have been left long enough for it to be judged negative by the forum community. I hadn't had any problems with you, and I've actually been your customer in the past, but interpreting my dry sense of humor remarks or opinion that you may not like personally gives no just cause to be a rude azz like that. You can ban me if you wish from your forum and your business because I don't deal well with tyrant censorship like that.

I'm no moderator here, I did not and can not do anything a moderator can. If you looked carefully you would have figured out the mod that cleaned things up. I did however did report some of your posts to the mods. That would be the ones demining foul language condescending posts.
Its funny I recently went through the same thing as you on another forum. Then difference is I pm the mod to get answers and did not jump to conclusions. It was presented to me that often that the sharper guys get rocky starts. Perhaps a little more humility in your posts followed by more positive words.
There was a time when it was a slugfest across the forums, a strict hand will keep that in check.
Just for the record when I get calls and I know Scrappydogscooters.com has the parts that I don't I recomend them.

I've been out a spell and just saw this and been informed of some posts removed. If they were removed by any moderator here then I can assure you it was for good reason. While disagreements are allowed when they escalate to a stage of things that are not of the forum's best interest or a violation of the forums rules they are removed or moved to the admin section for review of staff.
If you have a particular problem with a member one on one the best courses of action is through PM to that member, in that arena you cay say what you want to each other and it's not out in the public forum and not viewable by staff or myself.
As far as rude to remove, edit, or move a post/thread that's out of line that's a option open to the staff here and I would advise it be deemed as a nice way to say what was said is not acceptable without creating a fuss over it and in the future if you have a problem with such action I would advise you to indeed use the PM option to any staff member here and it will be discussed.
Any one has the right to report a post and if the reported post is deemed to need action then the necessary action will be taken or no action will be taken and the staff member who handles the report will notify any party/s that are involved of the said action or lack thereof.
One valid point was made that does have a lot of merit and it's about the problems in the past with forums not being able to get along and members too. I can speak for others that have forums just like this one, the peace and the way members get along now is by far a lot better and nicer and when it comes to tolerance with members who can't get along or follow the forums guidelines the fuse is very short.
