I have a 1p39qmb tao tao...having problems keeping it started..it's a 2011 w/ 4,000 miles on it (I just got it to fix up)..I put a new card on and.I think I screwed up the low speed air/fuel mixture screw setting....if I wanted to start from scratch...lets say with the screw all the way in...where would I go from there?
Also...it the same carb used for a 50 cc and 60 cc? Mine is a 60 cc..
Thanks!!

Turn the screw out 2 1/2 turns. That is a good starting point. The 139qmb motor comes standard with an 18mm carb. 50cc or 60cc doesn't matter.
With 4000 miles I would be doing a valve adjustment.

No that is a bit too tight. Try .1mm (.004 inches) on both the intake and exhaust. That's what my 50cc engine likes.
Here is a good video on adjusting the valves. You don't have to take the fan cover off. Just make sure the holes in the cam are lined up like the video shows.
