Sorry for asking again but I can't figure this out. So I bought the blue cdi new racing which was supposed to eliminate my rev limiter but it didn't. Why? I cut the stock cdi pretty deep and put it back on and that didn't work. I have a 2005 kinroad xintian 50cc 4 stroke 6 pin cdi. Someone help I know these things don't fly but I'd like to not be limited

First off, you are saying that you being limited. What is the top end RPMs you are about to reach?
Where did you purchase the blue "racing" CDI? Most CDIs claims performance gains are junk.
