Here is my dilemma. I have a TaoTao CY50B scoot, and have recently been having issues wherein after a relatively longer ride (>5miles), the engine kind of stammers and then conks out when I slow down or come to a stop sign. Everything was stock. This is what I've done since.
Replaced the fuel line with the yellow tygon tubing, new fuel filter, and new irridium plug. That didn't really help, so I adjusted the valves. Seemed to be running really well, but then had same issue after a long ride. I just replaced the stock carburetor with a Keihin carb. Here is my main question. I am assuming that since the engine is a 1p39qmb (?secret 60cc), would the stock carb have a larger main jet to accommodate the larger cc's? I tried opening up the stock carb to examine the jets but the 3 bolts had their heads sheared flush at the factory (Bastards!!). If I was to order a new main jet for the Keihin carb, what size would work best for the 1p39qmb motor?
