Figured out why I'm not getting spark all the time. The female plug into the small side of CDI has burned lead connector on one side... the actual lead fitting is burned apart on the angled ramp that presses against the terminal on cdi you can see the bottom right terminal is discolored from obvious shorting on cdi My question is, how do I obtain just this plug and the lead fittings for replacement? That seems the obvious fix right? I already have a new cdi and coil on the way, but this connector will need to be replaced.

Cycleterminal.com is a very good source for electrical terminals. I highly recommend them. I first used them when I did my 11-pole switch, and afterwards have purchased several more times from them. If you want to do an electrical job properly, you need these terminals and a crimping tool. Amazon has a cheaper crimping tool that works perfectly.
If you do order from them I would also recommend you purchase a few extra. They are very cheap and worth having a few extra on hand.
