My google-fu is bad. I found 1500 dollars plus a mileage and daily fee of around $40 for a ten foot truck if you go over the time or miles you ordered.

No it's not worth it to me anymore some bed sets and tvs big table decent stuff but we are currently selling it and just starting fresh in Daytona beach it'll be amazing Ikea in your future? I understand that can be fun too. Myself I have too much inherited furnishings that have been in the family for some time to just dump it all and start over. If most is disposable then indeed start fresh and enjoy. Possibly you should consider selling the bike too and just buying another on Craigs list or from a local dealer. There are plenty of discount scooter dealers in the Daytona area and having a running bike that you can just hop on without having to cobble it back together could make life a bit simpler while you are settling in. Note that many communities have safe areas with Police or some sort of Security Guard available for conducting Craigs List Transactions so you are not getting rolled by scammers in some alley or at a vacant house lot. Be mindful that you need a motorcycle endorsement on your license to ride in Florida and the no helmet law only applies if you have enough personal injury insurance to meet the States minimum requirements and that the insurance will cover you if you ride without a helmet. Some will now deny coverage here if you are injured in a motorcycle accident and are not wearing basic riding gear as in a Helmet, Eye Protection, Gloves, Over the Ankle Boots, Long Pants and a Motorcycle/Heavy Leather Jacket. Over half the folks attending the MSF Class when I got my endorsement were people who moved into the State and did not have an endorsement for riding so they were taking the class to get their bike out of impound since an officer ran there plate and found the owner did not have a valid Florida Motorcycle License and had been in the State over the minimum period required by law to get one.

Thankfully the stuff passed down by family were smaller items and yes the girlfriend will love ikea and antique shopping she buys and I put it together or restore. I looked in dmv website because I never owned a scooter when I lived in Florida but it says 50cc doesn't have to be registered which would be great because it would be the vehicle I take to beach

In Daytona (actually most parts of Florida) a 125 or 150 would be the smallest I would go due to the tourists and all the folks in a hurry. You will generally get better fuel economy riding at 35 mph on a 150 than on a 50cc bike and the 150 will usually be more reliable. I ended up with a 250 because most of my riding is at over 45 mph and the 150cc fuel economy sweet spot is around 35 mph so at 50 mph I was only getting 45 to 50 mpg while the 250 gets 65 to 80 mpg at 45/50 mph.
Yes you will need a motorcycle license and registration however that also has benefits that justify the expense in the long run (well at least to me it does).
