OK, I've got plenty of good things to say about a lot of places, but these guys do not deserve praise.
I ordered a hard to find part that was overpriced but difficult to locate so I payed their price. After two weeks, no tracking, no package. Then THEY sent me an Email saying 'sorry for the delay, will get that out'. Two more weeks, still nothing so I start sending emails to them. No replies, till I said I'd post to ripoff report, then another promise that faded away. No part still but if I can save anyone else some $$$ it'll be worth it. Go ahead and check their ripoff report page www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/scootertronics .
And then check their F BBB rating, yup best to anywhere else.
