If it was true that he was taking the bike back to a "friend"... I think he is not much of a friend now.  Right... he WAS on the wrong kind of bike I think :  No law breaker here.  I saw another video someplace where the bad guy (on a scooter) got away from the po po. But the dim wit posted the video on some social page showing the law the way to his house... well, on youtube anyway.  Don't know if there was a follow up on that though. Oh, wait... here's that video. Danish, Norwegian or Italian... probably Danish. Politi means police in those languages. |

Would've worked ifn he chose something other than a Tao Tao, right? 
Don't know if there was a follow up on that though.
