No breaks

Lol I baught my moped and been working fine but the breaks seemed like they didn't work so after 3 months of riding I took the pads... Well the metal shoes off the caliper and the 2 metal studs were grounded flat

Well......did you get some replacement pads installed.....or are you just going to drag your feet when you want to slow down or stop?

If the brake pads are ground down past the rivets then likely the brake rotors are damaged and need replacing too.
What make, model and year bike are we talking about and how many miles are on it? Are the brakes hydraulic disk front and back or is the back a cable operated drum brake. Brake fluid needs to be flushed out and change every two years in regular service and in severe riding conditions every year.
Sounds like you bought a high mileage used bike and just started riding it so its time to play catch up on required maintenance.
