On way to work it began running rough then slowed then quit !!! Checked the sparkplug looked great, changed it anyway but still no spark at all ,, suggestions needed

i always carry a spare cause they have a high failure rate. that is the easiest way to just swap with a known working part. if you have a multimeter you can check voltage.

If you have a DC CDI, i would go with the CASOLI CDI for the 150, it is good quality and worked well for me. Could have added a bit of performance but really not noticeable, however starts and engine seems to run a bit smoother.

Would you recemend a performance one or go stock i've had good results with the orange performance cdi from scrappy. i've also heard great things about the gold casoli cdi that tvnacman sells. if you know your cdi is bad then i would buy 2 if you're not pinching pennies. store the spare in a ziplock bag under the seat.

Thanks for the suggestions but I found a wire off the coil !!! But I will keep the new cdi under the seat. Again thanks
