TBA , you have just about everything you need . except for a new cam . I probably would have went with a 24mm carb , but what's 1mm , that's shouldn't matter one bit. I'd go with an A9 cam , the cam makes a world of difference . what mm kit did you get ? And what mm head ?

You say you have 12inch wheels ? How did they fit. Most have 10 inch wheels. I wouldn't be too concerned with the 17/49 gears , but if you have 12 inch wheels , those gears may be a little too much for the engine.
The gearing on the 150 and 50 cc are different . can you refresh me on the 50cc stock gears . that is what they are ?

The torque spring will keep the clutch pulley closed longer , so you will have higher rpms through out low and mid range. The stronger clutch springs will raise rpms at takeoff by not allowing the clutch to engage until the rpms are a little higher . this allows for a stronger takeoff. Both work great together . you may want to try the 1500 rpm springs also.

I'd say , tune the scoot with heavier weights . you will want to be able to hit around 7500 rpms on a straight run . if you redline on a straight run then drop down a gram in weights. After you get the CVT tuned , and if you are still running slow, I'd put the stock gears back in . do u still have the stock head in ? If so I'd get that replaced with a head to match your kit.
With my scoot , even with small declines I try not to redline. You may find that you will have to mix 2 size weights to get a .5 . for instance you may need to mix 6g and 7g weights to get 6.5g

When it comes to the variator weights . the variator holds 6 weights , if you mix different sizes you must stagger them . for instance if you have a set of 6 gram weights you will have all 6 weights in that weigh 6 grams a piece . for a 6.5 , you would stagger them . first a 6gram weight , then a 7gram weight. And repeat so you have 3, 6 gram weights and 3, 7 gram weights. In the variator you have three sections that hold 2 weights in each. You will have 1 6g and 1 7g weight next to each other in each section. You cannot install 2 7g weights next to each other if you are mixing weights , you cannot mix 3 different size weights together either. Just remember when mixing , never have two of the same size weights next to each other. They must be staggered all the way around so the weight is distributed evenly .
If you have belts that keep breaking , you either are running a cheap belt or you have an issue in the CVT . many of us will only use either bando or a gates brand belt . also be careful buying these belts on eBay , there are many fake brand name belts out there . before you buy one , I would ask around for a legitimate seller .
Most scoots redline around 8,000 rpms. Its OK to hit 8k rpms but not for long periods . as for the 6.5 gram weights you ordered , yes they do sell weights in .5 increments , but they are not as common.
When it comes to the CVT , carb tuning , general maintenance , and many modifications , I can help you out. But there are still some things I have to ask for help myself. For instance some of the electrical issues , there are much better qualified members on here then me. There's been a good bit about these scoots I've learned from others after years of being on the site , and a good bit I either already knew , or learned by working hands on with it. Trust me after a couple years you will know a lot about your scoot , TBA there is not all that much to them.
