one other issue in having is on deceleration it feels like it's slowing down a little too fast theb when it hits a certain rpm starts to coast nicely, but at first it feels like it's decelerating hard what could be the cause? That sounds like your clutch spring.

What size main spring are you running ? And what size are the 3 clutch springs ? Many times a 2000 rpm main spring will feel as if you are downshifting , but if you don't have a 2000 main then it should not be doing that. Many times , even after a 2000 rpm main spring breaks in it won't really feel like that anymore.
Question ? If someone has high compression , will the engine rotation drop faster on decel ? Your clutch stays engaged down to a certain rpm , and if the engine is dropping in rpm quicker then usual , it will slow you down until the clutch disengages, then u will coast. But I'm not sure about the high compression .

Honestly I know nothing about the clutch or springs or anything haven't gotten to learning that part yet. I would assume it's just whatever typically comes in these Chinese scooters. But for the quick deceleration before coasting, we can rule out that it's not due to carburetor tuning?

If it's somehow related I hear a light high pitch rattling/squeaking sound coming from somewhere in or near the crank case after riding for a little while, haven't opened it up yet Took all the bolts off one time but couldn't get the cover off
